Thomas R. Zak, SPHR, CPC - Vice President, Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, Mr. Zak serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for the overall strategic guidance of the human resources and accounting departments with specific accountabilities in HR legal compliance, recruitment and retention, policies and procedures, compensation and benefits, employee relations, succession planning, HR metrics, HRIS and business continuity/safety/security.
Mr. Zak started his career in the financial services industry in 1986 holding various positions in human resources, sales, marketing, security/investigations and operations prior to joining LSI in 1999. Mr. Zak received a B.A. in Organizational Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Concordia University. He earned the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation from the National Association of Personnel Services.
