In 2001, LSI introduced a new disaster recovery service at our National Loan Processing Center (NLPC). This is a critical element of a financial institution's entire operation yet many institutions have never identified a recovery plan to ensure continuous operation of their lending practices under unexpected emergency conditions.

LSI now provides backup operations at the NLPC for financial institutions without an alternative disaster recovery site. Our fully functioning lending center is prepared to provide assistance when a financial institution needs it.

For a set annual premium, based on asset size, LSI will maintain customer information on file. Should a disaster occur, the premium that has been paid would ensure that through our center, LSI would provide their customers with lending and customer service assistance until the financial institution restores its own operations.

Business Continuity Plan
LSI has contracted with SunGard Recovery Services, the leading provider of comprehensive business recovery solutions since 1978, for a disaster recovery plan to fulfill our company’s technology, business applications and facilities requirements.

SunGard will serve as a hot site for LSI's business operations in the event of an outage or disaster. LSI’s business continuity/disaster recovery program incorporates full redundancy, flexibility, instant response, technical support and reliability.
