Lending Solutions Inc. Partners with RelyData to Offer Identity Theft Protection to both Customers and Employees

ELGIN, Ill., July 11, 2006 – Lending Solutions Inc., a provider of lending center services and consulting programs for financial institutions across North America, has entered into a partnership with Chicago-based RelyData, a provider of identity theft restoration services recommended by the credit reporting industry. Through the alliance, Lending Solutions provides access to RelyData and its Identity ShieldSM services to credit unions, banks and other financial services providers.

RelyData provides a personal case manager who works individually with each client. With the assistance of a TransUnion fraud specialist, the case manager reviews credit reports from all three of the national credit reporting agencies, notifies outside agencies and other institutions of the fraud and reviews options for ongoing protection. RelyData also provides each client with documentation of the entire process, and follows up with the client until records are restored.

Approximately 10 million people become victims of identity theft each year, making it the number one consumer complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Increasingly, victims expect their credit unions, banks and other financial service providers to offer solutions to this problem.
