Lending Solutions, Inc. Announces New Leadership Lineup

ELGIN, IL, October 15, 2003 – Lending Solutions, Inc. (LSI), announces important changes in our management team. Lee Kolquist will be assuming the role of President and CEO of the Company. Lee joined LSI in May of 2002 as Vice-President of Corporate Strategy after a 16 year career at Stewart Associates, Inc. / CUNA Mutual Group. Prior to joining LSI, Lee served as President of the Stewart Associates Division of the CUNA Mutual Group.

Additionally, Mike Karst will join the management team at LSI as Vice-President of Systems and Technology. Prior to joining LSI, Mike was the head of I.T. at Stewart Associates and subsequently, the Stewart Associates Division of the CUNA Mutual Group for 16 years. Mike brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and innovation to the Company. Mike will assume these responsibilities from Dan Mathews allowing Dan to concentrate on his growing and ever important responsibilities as Vice-President of Operations and Mortgages.

Mark Johnson will continue to be active and influential in the daily direction of the Company in his role as Chairman of the Board of LSI. Mark will also remain an active participant with the senior management team of LSI.
