Lee Kolquist To Join Lending Solutions, Inc. As Vice President, Corporate Strategy

Elgin, IL, May 17, 2002 - Lending Solutions, Inc. (LSI) is excited to announce that Lee Kolquist will be joining the company on May 20, 2002 and returning to work hand-in-hand with his former Stewart Associates colleague, Mark Johnson, CEO of LSI. Kolquist has most recently served as President of the Stewart Associates Division of CUNA Mutual Group (CMG) for the last 4 years. Prior to the sale of Stewart Associates, Inc. (SAI) to CMG in 1998, Kolquist held several executive and sales management positions throughout Stewart Associates dating back to 1986.

In his new capacity as Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Kolquist will develop new strategic alliances for LSI and work closely with the financial, accounting and human resource divisions of LSI.
